The Kamloops Japanese Canadian Association.
The Kamloops Japanese Canadian Association (KJCA) was organized in December 1976 to bring the Japanese Canadians of Kamloops together so they could participate in the Japanese Canadian Centennial celebrations that were to be held across Canada in 1977.
The KJCA is a social, cultural organization whose purpose is to foster fellowship amongst its members, to assist in community activities that will be for the benefit and welfare of the community, and to participate in the furtherance of the Japanese culture and heritage.
