Family Fishing Derby

This popular event for members started in 1980 and has been continuing since then as a Family Weekend event. For the last few years, it has been held at Knouff Lake during a weekend in the middle of June. Many of our members take up tents and trailers and spend a most enjoyable weekend, while others go up for the day or even just for the Saturday barbeque.  It is said that  ‘fishing’ is not necessary, just go up for a good time and to socialize.  

Prizes galore, even if you do not catch a fish.
