In Canada, the month of May has been declared Asian Heritage Month, and as May 5th is Kodomo no Hi in Japan and means ‘Children’s Day’, the Kamloops Japanese Canadian Association invites Kamloops children to celebrate Children’s Day in Kamloops.

Advance Registration is needed, giving your name, gender, age, parent’s name and phone number. Space is limited so phone early. Deadline for registration is April 26, 2012.

A support group for the Cultural Center, these ladies work on projects to sell at the Craft Sale,

A Cultural/Fundraising activity, a lunch of a bowl of noodles in soup. Also available is a Sushi Take-out. Usually on the 4th Friday of each month (closed in July and August) from 11:30 am - 1:00 pm. Reservations are needed.  Phone 250-376-9629.
