Library

Our small Library has many books that may be ‘signed out’ by our members. These include:

• In English:  a selection of books written on the achievement of Redress, books written by Japanese Canadian authors, and books on Japanese culture.
• In Japanese: various books that were donated by the Japanese Business Men’s Association and the Japanese Consulate in Vancouver, plus books donated by our members.

In addition, in the basement Board Room, we have a ‘pocket book exchange’ with shelves of books that have been donated by members.  We invite members to take home books that they wish to read, and if they wish, bring books that they would like to donate. No need to ‘sign out’ these books or to bring them back. Books are available in both English and Japanese.
